Introduction

In AKVA Jewellery all pieces of jewellery are made in precious metals, with focus on quality and craftsmanship. Our jewellery is handmade and it is therefore important to mention that they can vary slightly in appearance. By placing an order through our online store, you are approving our terms & conditions. We do our best to ensure that all information and content on the website is accurate at any given time. However, inaccurate information regarding prices, stock levels or content may occur. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that any of these parameters were incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

Delivery

All orders are processed and dispatched from our office location in Copenhagen, Denmark. We will do our best to ensure a swift order handling which usually means within 1-7 days, if your purchase is in stock. However, is your purchase not in stock, delivery time can be up to six weeks. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only.

Shipping

All our shipments are sent insured with DAO. Once your order has been dispatched and it has been registered by our courier, you will receive an email. You decide yourself if you want your shipment delivered to your home or at a DAO pickup-point. Please bear in mind that valid identification might be necessary when collecting the package.

Shipping costs:

Denmark: 50/75 DKK

Norway & Sweden: 100 DKK

Europe: 250 DKK

International: 350 DKK

Pick-up

You are more than welcome to come and pick-up your order personally at our showroom in Copenhagen. Contact us at info@akvajewellery.com to schedule a time for the pick-up. Pick-up is for free.

Returns and refunds

All items bought online can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a full refund you must return the product in unworn and original condition, including original packaging. All refunds will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. While the returned package is in transit it is under your responsibility. Therefore, we always advise using a courier with a traceable service or insured shipping. Please note that the return expenses will not be refunded. For exchanges, we ask you kindly to cover the returning shipping costs, however, we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged product. All items bought in our showroom can be exchanged to a gift voucher within 30 days of receipt of goods.
